HABITS CAN BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE

1. cAN YOU IDENTIFY A POSITIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? hOW CAN YOU STRENGTHEN IT?

2. cAN YOU IDENTIFY A NEGATIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? HOW CAN YOU CHANGE 

1. A positive habit that I think i have is simply praying before going to sleep. I always seek guidance from the lord, thank Him, and ask for forgiveness before I end the day. I think it is important to know that there is someone you share your prayers with. I can strengthen it by practicing it everyday. I can also strengthen it by improving the time of my prayers. I can try to pray every morning too after I woke up.


2. A negative habit of mine is not eating properly. I always take my breakfast and lunch late. Because of this I suffer from loss of energy and enthusiasm. I think I can change this by improving my sleeping pattern. Since I always woke up late and keep forgetting to eat on time, I will wake up early so that I can eat my breakfast on time. If i didn't change this habit, I might be on a worse situation, so I decided to focus on treating myself better
